My Story — Why I Founded Business Challenges

I spent over a decade in the corporate world, working in banking, strategy, and operations for leading financial institutions and real estate developers in Abu Dhabi. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Banking & Finance, an MBA from Strathclyde Business School specializing in Strategy, and a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in project management.

But the more I worked inside large organizations, the more I noticed a gap that troubled me.

Big corporations had access to world-class strategic advice whenever they needed it. But the entrepreneurs and SME owners who were working just as hard, often harder, had no one in their corner. They were making critical decisions alone, without the frameworks, the financial rigour, or the outside perspective that could make the difference between thriving and struggling.

That is why I founded Business Challenges in 2020: to give UAE SME access to the same quality of strategic thinking, without the price tag of a global consultancy.
